Our claim is to provide our clients with comprehensive support. This is why we have committed ourselves to an integral approach to consulting. However, there are limits; economically, it is not very efficient to offer expertise in highly specialised fields that are required in but a few exceptional cases. In these cases, we can fall back on an existing network of specialists and thus, stand by our clients with appropriate advice. Our specialists work closely with us so that the necessary knowledge of individual matters relating to the operation of our clients is always ensured.
By co-operating with the appropriate law firms, for example, we are in a position to offer services in areas such as the customs law, the laws of the European Union, and the labour law. We have also covered the increasingly important area of the insolvency law by way of a cooperation. Issues relating to social security law in case of cross-border staff assignments are dealt with by calling in one of the specialists co-operating with us.

KBHT is a member of the IAPA (International Association of Practising Accountants), an association of small to medium-sized accountancy firms with in excess of 300 offices in every country of the European Union and in other important markets, even in the USA and the Far East. KBHT partners are represented in various IAPA Committees.
To add to our own knowledge, we are able to gather information at short notice on country-specific circumstances relating to fiscal and corporate law thanks to our partner network. Thus, we are able to accompany internationally operating clients reliably at all times and in every case.
Central location, qualified staff, nation-wide presence
Our main location in Neuss, in the Düsseldorf conurbation, is situated in the economic centre of the Rhine-Ruhr area. Our administration is efficiently organised, with nine out of ten staff working directly for clients – and always for the same clients: a good basis for a trusting co-operation that, at the same time, leads to quick reactions. The firm link with our clients promotes client-oriented further training. Internal training and external seminars are regular features with KBHT. Continuous further training ensures the professional qualification and strengthens our efficient, responsible involvement.
Under the roof of IAPA Deutschland AG a close cooperation with the other German IAPA members is ensured. This nation-wide network is the prerequisite for the optimal care and support of our clients, even in nation-wide business activities. The partners of the various consulting firms know each other on a personal level which is a big advantage.
